I am a solution oriented and innovative Change Designer, Facilitator and a Researcher, who has about 15 years of experience in facilitating change in the most diverse communities around the globe. I am particularly interested in human centered experience design. At the moment I’m also researching this in my PhD, through which I seek understanding about the connections between service experiences created within the public wellbeing services and social cohesion. I carry with me strong experience in service design and facilitation and have a deep understanding of human rights, change management, participatory experience research and human psychology. I have worked in the forefront of change as a field worker, manager, and a been in charge of cross continental teams. My passion is to use design thinking to give voice to those who are not seen or heard.
